My sweet neighbor posted this on her Facebook page:

My comment to her on Facebook was… I want one of those, for REALS.

Guess what? The next day there it was when I got home, hanging from my door knob. I love it. Thanks neighbor! I am so thrilled with the umbrella. She said it took her about 5 minutes. This would be a great project for a broken colorful umbrella.
