Guess what? The next day there it was when I got home, hanging from my door knob. I love it. Thanks neighbor! I am so thrilled with the umbrella. She said it took her about 5 minutes. This would be a great project for a broken colorful umbrella.
Love it!! Ok I want one too! LOL!!! Tell me where to go and find the directions. It is gorgeous!!
